HOW TO PAY YOUR ANNUAL DUES

2018 Annual Assessments – Assessments are due by January 31st. Annual Assessments are $182.89 per lot. If you would like to make payment arrangements please review the collection policy (documents tab) then email lilli@magprop.com to request an Alternative payment arrangement, or contact Magnolia Property Management at 281-599-0098.

**The US Postal Service changed delivery times for First-Class mail January 1, 2015. Mail delivery is now 1 – 6 days instead of the previous 1 – 3 days. Therefore, take 6 days into account when mailing your Assessment payments to assure receipt by the 31st of the month.

** ALL pool attendees will need to re-register and receive a new pool tag, sisce all of the previous records were lost die to Hurricane Harvey. you can register at the pool during regular pool hours. Please report any issues to the Pool Committee. Committee members names are listed on the bulletin Board at the Pool.

The Park is for Carriage Hills residents only! Anyone found in the park area that is not a resident of Carriage Hills will be prosecuted for trespassing. ANY PERSON FOUND DESTROYING PROPERTY WILL BE PROSECUTED FOR DAMAGES! CAMERAS AND PATROLS ARE NOW BEING USED.

ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual meeting is held on the third Tuesday in May, of each year. Monthly Open Board of Directors meetings are held as established by the Board of Directors. The location and time of the monthly meetings will be posted in the Newsletter and the Marquee. Meetings are generally held at the Needham Firehouse on Lake Lamond behind the Exxon Station. The Monthly Agenda will be posted on the bulletin board at the Tennis Courts.
